2. Orders
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details regarding the products, price, billing, and delivery address.

3. Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 1–3 days. Note! Orders placed during weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday. Orders shipped to other countries may experience 1-2 added days to the delivery.

4. Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK (or the local currency based on where you shop from) and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, or incorrect pricing caused by inaccurate information.
5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods from our website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive your order.
5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
You must notify us if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. The notification should be sent to info@sarbeauty.store and must include your name, address, email, order number, and which items the return applies to.
You must return the products immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost and the condition of the products upon return, so they should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
For refunds, we reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to any reduction in value compared to the product’s original condition if the item is used or damaged.
5.2 The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To:
- Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been opened.
- Sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken.
- Customized products tailored specifically for you or with a distinct personal touch.
- Services that have been fully performed, where you explicitly agreed to start without the right of withdrawal.
- Perishable goods, such as food items.

We inspect all products before shipping. If a product is damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we will, in accordance with consumer protection legislation, rectify the issue free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

All defects should be reported immediately to info@sarbeauty.store, including your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we cannot resolve the issue or offer a replacement, we will refund the defective product in accordance with consumer protection laws. We will cover the return shipping costs for approved claims.
